Competitors of the Week
(Feb 19-24)
Ryan: Ran 4:45 for the 1600m, his first ever sub 5:00 mile and our team's fastest 1600m so far this season. Ryan ran with confidence, made moves during the race, and most importantly, he COMPETED throughout the race.
Jack: Ran a PR 11:02 in the 3200m, improving his 2017 PR of 11:14 from outdoors. Jack executed a great race plan, picking his pace up during the 3rd 1/4 of his race just like we talked about. Jack has only been back with us for a couple weeks coming off swimming season, so this is a great start.
